Privacy Policy

Reflection AI (“we”) are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients, candidates and visitors.

This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you, or that you provide to us.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is a new regulation, agreed upon by the European Parliament and Council in April 2016, which replaces the Data Protection Directive 95/46/EC. The Regulation aims to harmonise data protection legislation across EU member states, enhancing privacy rights for individuals and providing a strict framework within which commercial organisations can legally operate.

Even though the UK has expressed its intention to leave the EU in March 2019, the GDPR has been applicable in the UK since 25th May 2018 and is intended to continue in UK law post-Brexit. Your new rights under the GDPR are set out in this notice.
